Good to know:
- A user with the ‘Employee’ role assigned in Craftnote can adjust or delete their own time tracking entries within 48 hours.
- Users with the ‘Supervisor’ role can create, delete, adjust and export the times for themselves and other project members for the projects assigned to them.
- Users with the owner role can create, delete, adjust and export working times for all project members.
- Users with the employee role can only create & view their own working times.
- External members cannot view the working times of other company employees for invited projects.
- For times recorded by time clock, only the full minute is taken into account. (Example: break 08:00:00 - 08:14:49 = 14 minutes total time)
- Working times recorded via a task can only be viewed and analysed in the working times dashboard of the web app.
