How can I record my times?
First select the project for which you want to record a time manually.
Now select the ‘Workspace’ tab.
You will now see the time entries of all project members stored so far. To create a new entry, click on the orange plus sign at the bottom right.
Select the ‘Manual input’ entry here.
1) Today's date is preselected for your time recording.
Info: Time recording for future days is not possible.
2) BREAK: Enter the start time of the break and increase or decrease the break time by 5 minute increments by clicking on the minus/plus sign.
3) TYPE OF WORK: Select the appropriate type of work here, e.g. travelling time.
4) RESPONSIBLE: Specify here for whom (yourself or/and another project member) the entry should be created.
WORKING TIME
You can use the clock to move the slider and thus determine the start and end time.
The black symbol with the triangle is the start slider. The black symbol with the square is the end time slider.
You can see your set time under start and end time.
The number in the centre of the clock indicates the working time. The working time is determined by the difference between the end time and the start time. The break time is deducted from the working time.
You can also add the working time manually by clicking on the ‘Manual’ tab at the top.
Enter your start time, end time, break time, work type and person responsible here in exactly the same way as before.
EDIT WORK TYPES
Click on the pencil icon to create new work types or to edit or delete existing ones.
You can now enter a new work type in the top field and add it to your list using the plus sign symbol. You can easily delete the work types you have already added by clicking on the recycle bin symbol.
PERSON RESPONSIBLE
The list of all project members appears here and you can select a single person or several people accordingly.
Please note: If you select more than one project member, separate entries will be created at once. You can then edit these individually.
EDITING AND DELETING CREATED ENTRIES
You can easily edit or delete your entries.
To do this, click on the relevant entry.
