There are several reasons why you may not have access to the same functions in Craftnote as your colleague.
One reason could be that you are using different rolesin Craftnote. For example, only users with the "Owner" role can use the "Manage access" function.
Another reason could be that you are using different versions of the Craftnote mobile app. It is important that you always have the latest version of the app installed to ensure that all functions are available to you.
Please also check whether you have both been assigned the Pro or Premium licence under the settings area "Licences & billing" in the web app.
