In Craftnote, users with the assigned role "Employee" can only record their own working hours.
Users with the "Owner" role can create, delete, adjust and export the working times for all project members.
Users with the role of "Supervisor" can create, delete and export the create, delete, adjust and export the working times for the projects assigned to them.
If it is desired that your employee can also record the times for colleagues, their role can be upgraded in the "Employees" settings area by the user with the owner role.
