In Craftnote, there are different roles with different authorisations. When a new employee is added to your company, they have the role 'Employee' by default, unless selected during the invitation, they have the role 'Employee' by default, which has fewer permissions than the 'Supervisor' and 'Owner' roles.
An employee can only access the projects and project folders to which they have been they have been invited to. This means that they can initially only access the company chat and a sample project in the project list.
Only a user with the 'Owner' or 'Supervisor' role can add the employee to projects or project folders.
This authorisation system ensures that only authorised persons have access to have access to certain projects and project folders. It also helps to maintain clarity and order within the company.
The new employee can be invited directly to a project folder and all the projects in this or to individual projects.
An invitation to all of your company's Craftnote projects in one process is currently not yet possible.
If the employee uses the free Basic version, they can be added as a project member in up to be added as a project member in up to 10 projects.
