Information on the cancellation period:
The contract for the Pro or Premium version is automatically extended by the contract term (month or year) agreed at the time of conclusion, unless the contract is cancelled by one of the contracting parties at the end of the contract with a notice period of one (1) month (for a monthly term) or three (3) months (for an annual term).
If cancellation is desired, this can be done in the web app (PC / laptop) in the settings area ‘Licences & Billing’ or in the Customer Portal.
