In Craftnote, a user invited to the company can be assigned one of the following 3 roles: Owner, Supervisor and Employee.
The Owner role should be assigned to someone who should have full control over the company and its projects in Craftnote. The owner can:
- Invite & remove employees from the company
- Access all company projects
- Create new projects
- Add & remove people from projects
- Write messages and delete all messages
- Create, delete and export all time tracking entries
- Create, edit & delete tasks for all employees from the company
- Manage the project status
- Use the ‘Manage access’ function under the file storage
- Archive & delete projects / project folders
- Restore deleted & archived projects
This role is ideal for the owner of the business or someone in a managerial position who has full control and responsibility for managing projects and employees. Please note that changing a role can only be done by the user with the "Owner" role assigned in Craftnote.
