1) If there are at least 10 projects in your company that have been inactive for more than 180 days inactive and have therefore not been opened by any project member, the following the following message will appear above your project list.
2) Click on the message to get an overview of the projects, which are suggested for archiving.
3) You have the option of selecting all or just individual projects.
4) Once you have selected the projects to be archived, click on the orange-coloured ‘Archive’ button in orange.
5) The archiving process will be confirmed. Via a click on the ‘X’ to return to the view of your project list.
When is the hint message no longer visible:
- When the ‘X’ is clicked to close the message.
- When all of your projects have been archived
- When ‘Remind in 30 days’ has been selected
When is the notification message again visible:
- If you have clicked on the ‘X’ to close the message, it will appear again the next day. again the following day.
- If ‘Remind in 30 days’ was selected, it will appear again after 30 days. again.
- If at least one project has been archived, this appears again after 30 days again.
Good to know:
- Only inactive projects that were last opened more than last opened more than 180 days ago.
- The notification is only displayed to a user with the ‘Owner’ role assigned in Craftnote assigned the role ‘Owner’ in Craftnote.
- When archiving, projects are only moved from the project overview ins Archive . All stored data and messages will remain available available to all project members at any time.
- Projects can be managed via this function by a user with the ‘Owner’ role assigned in Craftnote.
- The projects can be restored indefinitely by a user with the ‘Supervisor’ or ‘Owner’ role assigned in Craftnote
