All file formats can be uploaded within Craftnote. However, it is not possible to open all file formats directly in Craftnote.
The following file formats are supported and can therefore be uploaded and opened directly in Craftnote:
Pictures
- JPG
- JPEG
- PNG
Audio
- ACC
- MP3
Video
- MP4
Documents
If you want to open an unsupported file format, the default behaviour is is as follows:
- In the web app, the file is downloaded to your PC / Laptop.
- A menu will open in the mobile app where you can select a suitable app to open the file.
