1) Open the web app on your laptop or PC and then click on the cogwheel symbol in the top right-hand corner the gear wheel symbol (settings).
2) Select the “Packages & billing” settings area here.
3) Click on the orange "Manage packages" button in the top right-hand corner.
4) You can now choose whether you want to add more office or construction site packages. You can see how many packages you currently have and how many you want to add. Then click on continue at the bottom right to see your new price overview.
5) The future invoice amount for your subscription (incl. 19% VAT) and the time of the change will be displayed directly. To complete your project, please click on the orange “Make changes” button.
Good to know:
- A confirmation of the subscription change will be sent to you promptly by e-mail to the stored billing e-mail address.
