Quick guide:
1) Log in to the Web app and click on the cogwheel icon (settings) in the top right-hand corner. Below this, select the settings area ‘Licences & Billing’.
2) You will now see your current subscription and all relevant information. Now click on ‘Available subscriptions’ in the top right-hand corner.
3) You are now in the package management. At the bottom you will find the option to cancel your subscription.
Good to know:
- Cancellation can only be carried out by a user with the ‘Owner’ role assigned in Craftnote.

The subscription is automatically renewed for the contract period (year) agreed upon conclusion, unless the contract is cancelled by one of the contractual partners at the end of the contract with a notice period of three (3) months.

Recorded data will no longer be available after the subscription expires. Please ensure that you have exported all required data before the last day of your subscription.
