Quick guide:
1) Log in to the Web app and click on the cogwheel icon (settings) in the top right-hand corner. Below this, select the settings area ‘Licences & Billing’.
2) You will now see your current subscription and all relevant information. Now click on ‘Available subscriptions’ in the top right-hand corner.
3) The basic version is now displayed. Click here on the orange-coloured ‘Downgrade’ button in orange.
4) If you now want to perform the downgrade, click on the orange-coloured ‘Confirm’ button in orange. The change will take effect at the end of your subscription period.
Good to know:
- Cancellation can only be carried out by a user with the ‘Owner’ role assigned in Craftnote.

The contract for the Pro or Premium version is automatically extended by the contract term (month or year) agreed at the time of conclusion, unless the contract is cancelled by one of the contracting parties at the end of the contract with a notice period of one (1) month (for a monthly term) or three (3) months (for an annual term).

Recorded working times can no longer be analysed after the subscription has been be analysed any more. Please ensure that all required times at the latest on the last day of the active subscription.
