Preliminary note on the licence reduction:
Please note that a reduction of licences is already possible before the start of the new billing period is possible. However, only unused licences can be reduced. be reduced.
The reduction can only take place if the licence type for the employees who have left the company company has been assigned to Basic in advance in the "Licences & billing" settings area or they have been removed from the "Employees" settings area via the trash can icon from your company.

Quick guide:
1) Open the web app on your laptop or PC and then click on the gear wheel symbol (Settings) in the top right-hand corner.
2) Select the "Licences & Billing" settings area here.
3) Here you can view the number of licences purchased so far in the "Licences" column and click on the "pencil symbol" next to the corresponding number.
4) Once here, you can use the blue minus sign symbol to reduce the number of licences.
5) The costs you will incur in the future are displayed directly. To finalise your plan, please click on the orange "Confirm" button. A confirmation of the subscription change will be sent to you promptly by email to the billing email address you have provided.
Good to know:
- You have the option to revoke your decision to reduce the number of licences up to one day before the change date.
- A confirmation of the subscription change will be sent to you promptly by e-mail to the billing e-mail address you have provided.
- The reduction will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
