You have already purchased licences, but for you or one of your employees the template folder is not displayed under the file storage?
As a user with the "Owner" role assigned in Craftnote, please check whether you have already assigned the Pro or Premium licence to yourself or the person concerned and proceed as follows:
1) Please click on the cogwheel symbol (settings) in the top right-hand corner of the web app.
2) Now select the "Licences & Billing" settings area and click on the pencil on the pencil next to the number of licences already purchased.
3) As soon as you have arrived there, please assign the available licence to yourself or the person concerned. Finally, confirm your selection by clicking on the orange "Confirm" button.
