1) Open the Craftnote web app on your laptop or PC and then click on the gear wheel symbol (Settings) in the top right-hand corner.
2) Select the ‘Packages & billing’ settings area. You can now choose the amount of ‘Office’ and ‘field’. Click on ‘Continue to checkout’ to proceed to the next step.
3) Once here, check your details and update them if, for example, you would like to enter a different e-mail address for sending invoices.
4) Now enter your billing details.
- You can choose between ‘SEPA’ and ‘Credit card’ as the payment method.
- Have you received a promo code? Don't forget to enter the code when booking.
5) After you have entered all the details and finalised your order by clicking on ‘Order with obligation to pay’, you will be shown a confirmation. Click on ‘Assign packages’ so that your employees can now use all functions.
6) Now determine who should receive a booked package by activating it for the person concerned.

- This menu gives you access to your Craftnote invoices, which you can download as a PDF.

The number of chargeable packages can be adjusted at any time. Always keep an eye on your subscription cycle. Package reductions are always possible on the renewal date of your subscription; you can increase the number of packages at any time with immediate availability.

No free packages are offered for trainees.

Packages can only be managed by a user with the ‘Owner’ role assigned in Craftnote.

It is not possible to use packages with different billing periods (monthly and annual).

Packages can be quickly and easily assigned to another person in your company at any time (e.g. if an employee goes on holiday, resigns or calls in sick).
