You can manage your projects better by adjusting their status. Here you can find instructions on how to add or change a new status.
1) Click on the gear wheel symbol in the top right-hand corner to go to "Settings"
2) Select "Manage project status" here
3) You will now see an overview of the respective statuses. You can change the order of each status using the 2x3-dot symbol. The name and description can be changed individually. To do this, click on the pencil symbol. To add a new status, click on the orange "New status" button.
4) Now you can enter the desired name of the new project status and confirm the entry by clicking on the orange "Add new status" button.
5) Now go back to the project list, select a project and click on the the 3-dot symbol (°°°).
6) Select the "Change status" entry in the menu here.
7) Now click on the previously valid status or, if no status was previously selected, on 'No status' to open the list of available statuses and select the appropriate one.
8) Now select the appropriate status.
9) Finally, click on the orange "Change" button.
10) The status you have just selected is now directly visible to all project members in the project list.
Good to know:
- If you have a Pro or Premium licence, you have up to 50 statuses available.

Users with the 'Owner' or 'Supervisor' role assigned in Craftnote can add, delete or edit a status.

The project status can be selected by each project member in a project.

External project members who have been assigned the 'Project admin' role can select a project status for a project.
