1) Click on the orange plus sign at the bottom right of the project list.
2) Select "New project" here.
3) Now enter the desired project name and confirm the entry by clicking on "Next" in the top right-hand corner.
4) In this final step, you can add further project members to the new project and then click on "Create" in the top right-hand corner.
5) In the project that is now open, click on the 3 dots at the top right to go to the Details (project details) area.
6) After clicking on the orange pencil at the bottom right, you have the option of making various entries. These include, among others:
- Start and end date
- Deposit of the contact person
- Address
- Specification of the billing address
- Colour coding (to make it easier to distinguish your projects)
Good to know:
- Projects can only be created indefinitely by a user with an existing Pro or Premium licence and the "Supervisor" or "Owner" role assigned in Craftnote.
