1) Go to the web app and click on the desired project. Click now click on "Files" (file storage) at the top right;
2) Click on the 3-dot icon next to the file folder you want to share
3) Select the menu item "Manage access" here.
4) Now click on the lowest menu item "Public (link valid for 30 days)".
5) Now the desired link appears. Click on "Copy link" to copy it and copy it and share it with others. Please do not forget to save your setting by save your settings by clicking on "Update".
Good to know:
- Only users with the "Owner" role assigned in Craftnote have the have the option to use the "Manage access" function.
- No subfolders are supported in the shared file folder, as these cannot be are not visible when the public link with its contents is called up.
- You can recognise a shared file folder by the globe symbol.
- You can share the file folder with subcontractors, suppliers or end customers via the created link. or end customers.
