HOW CAN WE SUPPORT YOU?

To be able to log in to Craftnote, you first need an account. You can create this directly after downloading the Craftnote app from the Apple App or Google Play Store.

As soon as the app has been opened, please click on the orange "Register" button.

Please note: If you are invited to the company as an employee by your owner, you will receive an individual registration link by e-mail.

In the next step, enter your first and last name, your email address and a secure password with at least 8 characters. Then click on the "Create account" button.

In the following step, please confirm the terms and conditions by clicking on the orange-coloured button "I agree".

In a further step, allow the messages to be received.

Now enter the name of your company in the "Company name" field and click on the orange-coloured "Confirm & Next" button in orange.

Info: You can change the company name at any time in the "Company data" settings area rename it.

In the following step, enter the number of your employees (from - to) and click on the orange "Confirm & Next" button again, to save the entry.

Now select the trade that applies to you and save again your details by clicking on the orange "Confirm & Continue" to proceed to the last step.

You now have the option of inviting your employees to the company, so that you can invite them to projects after registration.

Info: You can invite your employees to the company via the settings area "Employees" at any time.

You're done! You can now create your first project or folder.
