After creating a project or project folder, not all of your company's employees are automatically added to it as project members. The employees must be added manually to a project or project folder and its projects.
1) Log into the Web app log in.
2) In the project list, select the corresponding project or project folder to which you would like to invite new members.
3) Click on the "Members" section at the top right to view the members invited so far.
4) To add an internal employee to a project or project folder as a member, click on the orange plus sign button at the bottom right.
5) Select "From my company" here.
6) You can add new members by clicking on the orange "Add" button, which is displayed after the name of the person to be invited.
Note: Members who have already been invited are displayed accordingly.
Good to know:
- Employees can be invited to a project or project folder by a user with the "Supervisor" or "Owner" role assigned in Craftnote.
- Employees invited to a project folder can be invited directly to projects located below it.
