1) Log in to the Craftnote-web app.
2) Click on the orange plus sign button at the bottom left of the project list.
3) Select "Create folder" here.
4) Now enter the desired folder name and click on the orange "Create folder" button at the bottom right. "Create folder" button at the bottom right.

5) In the folder that opens, you have the option of making various entries under the under the "Details" section.

- Selection

- an ID number
Confirm your entries by clicking on the orange "Save" button.
6) You can now create a project in the folder you have just created. Click the orange plus sign button at the bottom left and then click on "Create project".
7) In the next step, you have the option of applying the previously entered folder information for the project or skip this step and enter completely new project information. enter completely new project information;
The following information can be adopted:
- List of invited employees
- Address of the folder
- Invoice address of the folder
- Contact person
Once you have made your selection, click on the orange "Create project" button
8) Now enter the desired project name and confirm the entry by clicking on the click on the "Create project" button.
Info: Optionally, you have the possibility here to add employees already invited employees to the project as project members. This step can also be done at a later date.
9) Finally, the message "The project has been created" appears in the centre at the bottom of the screen. has been created". You are now in the project you have just created and can make changes to the project details if required, such as storing a project status in the a project status in the "Details" area.
Good to know:
- Projects can only be created by a user with an existing Pro or Premium licence and the "Supervisor" or "Owner" role assigned in Craftnote be created.
