The tick symbols next to the messages symbolise whether the message has been sent, delivered and read by everyone.
We will explain the meaning of the tick symbols in the chat area using an example.
A tick means that the message has been sent.
Two check marks mean that the message has been delivered to all end devices.
If the message has not yet been read or has not been read by all project members, both tick marks remain white.
Once everyone has read the message, both ticks appear in the colour blue.
You can also check who has read the message and at what time.
To do this, press and hold on the message until it is shaded grey and the ‘More actions’ menu appears at the bottom right.
Click on ‘More actions’ and a new menu field will open.
Now select ‘Read by’.
You can now see which project member has read the message and at what time.
