What are recurring tasks?
Recurring tasks are tasks that occur at regular intervals within a project. To create a recurring task, the ‘Recurrence’ must be activated manually after it has been created and the interval selected.
Once a recurring task has been created, it is ticked off after completion and automatically moved to the list of completed tasks. If a recurring task is due again, it is automatically moved back to the tasks to be completed and can be processed again.
Quick guide:
1) Select the ‘Tasks’ tab in the relevant project.
2) Now click on the task to be edited.
3) Now click on the ‘Repeat’ entry.
4) Here you select the desired interval at which the task is due. Your selection is then saved automatically.
5) As soon as a task is marked as completed with a tick, the task is automatically restored at the desired interval and can be processed again.
