Craftnote automatically performs daily data backups.
All uploaded content is automatically backed up to Craftnote every day. The data backups are stored in a different data centre and are therefore protected against a total failure of a data centre in extreme cases. The data backups are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
Please note that only fully uploaded data can be backed up. If data has not been uploaded due to a poor internet connection or similar, it cannot be backed up.
The restoration of accidentally deleted data (own fault) is very time-consuming and can only be carried out in exceptional cases.
