Internet browser requirements for using the web app
The following internet browsers are supported:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
Please check the internet browser you are using regularly for possible updates and install them as soon as possible.
Important: The Safari Internet browser is not supported under macOS. We recommend using the Google Chrome Internet browser on macOS.

- The Craftnote mobile app is not supported on Microsoft Surface devices. However, the web app is available to you without restriction as on a PC or laptop. available to you.
- The use of the Craftnote mobile app on Android smartphones and tablets without an Android operating system and access to the Google Play Store is not possible. The app cannot be installed via external sources.
