A licence in Craftnote is a subscription that gives you access to additional functions and and calculations in both the web and mobile app. There is in addition to the free BASIC version, which offers a reduced range of functions, two types of paid licence models: PRO and PREMIUM.

1) Open the Craftnote web app on your laptop or PC and then click on the cogwheel symbol (Settings) in the top right-hand corner.

6) After you have entered all the details and finalised your order by clicking on ‘Order with obligation to pay’, you will be shown a confirmation. Click on ‘Assign packages’ so that your employees can now use all Pro/Premium functions.

7) Now determine who should receive a booked package by activating it for the person concerned.
